- In LL.B. 6 semester examinations are to be cleared before the award of the degree by the University. In case of LL.B. each paper is divided in to Mid-term (20 written +10 Viva) and end-term (70 marks written) assessments.
In LL.M, the students have to pass 4 semesters. Each paper is divided in to mid-term(30
marks) and End term(70 marks). During the course, the student will have to
submit 2 dissertations and 2 PPTs as term-end evaluation (PPT in 1st and
4th & dissertation in 2nd and 3rd).
The specialization course for LL.M. is Commercial Law
Admission process for LL.B. and LL.M.
courses are opened after the publication of Graduation and LL.B. results
respectively of the Utkal University, which is normally during June-July. The
candidates will have to apply in the prescribed application form available in
the college on payment (Rs. 600 in person and Rs. 700 by post) within 14 days
of the publication of the University results. The fill up forms must accompany
the photo copies of testimonials, to be verified at the time of
admission.
